Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders may be fulfilled from different production locations depending on the product and delivery destination.
J-UNIT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customers have 14 days from receiving their order to request a return, refund, or exchange.
